Probably the smallest sounsystem on Carnival 😉

Caribbean Carnival in Bristol and Notting Hill Carnival are the oldest and with the biggest tradition events of that sort in UK. This year as like any other year, it was taking place in St.Paul’s district where Jamaican community is really strong.

Lots of fantastic soundsystems played on that saturday, and I like the fact that anyone could join this massive party either by enjoing the tunes or by putting own speakers at front of his or her house. Thats really cool spirit of it… Its Bristol spirit I would say 😀

One of only few buddhist stupas in Poland

It was very good experience, especially meeting all those amazing people… A lot of powerful ceremony’s took place there, like walking on fire, sweatlodge/temazcal, rituals of mayan and of other cultures of Central/Souther America’s, louds and louds of  workshops and a lot of beautiful live music (gongs, didgeridoos, singing bowls, etc.). I must say that I have had great time there…

Shaman’s journey. Equinox* full power :)

This time I’ve spent summer Equinox on workshops/meeting in magical village in Kaszuby (north of Poland). It was very special time of intense work focused on developing oneself not only on spiritual but on psychological level as well.

It was all about experiencing inner freedom through various techniques, connection with the Earth-our source of life and also about human connection with each other inside of group -our mini tribe of the workshops 🙂

It was totally full power Equinox*! (as it would be probably said in India).

* Actually it wasn’t exactly Equinox but June/northern Solstice to be precise…
